“Lovely Harbour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2013

Excellent views and good value boat trips. Lovely to see the turtles in the harbour. A really clean town with good shops and facilities.

“Just beautiful!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2013

Make sure you make time to stroll along the harbour at least once during your holiday. Well worth walking towards Calis (stop to say hello to the pelicans!) and maybe have a drink or a meal on one of the floating restaurants. Watch the fishermen at work, and keep an eye open for the turtles. If you don't have time for a 6 or 12 island boat trip, try the water taxi across to Calis beach, which passes the nature reserve: lovely! If you're feeling a bit more energetic, walk in the other direction (or catch a bus for about 1 lira) to Karagozler and have a look at the private yacht club and the boatyard... really interesting to see new boats being built, and old ones being refurbished.

“Beautiful harbour - even saw a turtle”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 3, 2012

Originally caught the bus into Fethiye town centre, which was not so nice and quite overpriced in the shops. Then we decided to stroll along the harbour. Very nice with lots of boat trips on offer. Towards the end of the harbour we saw a turtle eating leftover fish a fisherman was throwing into the water. This made our day.
