“Keep looking - the price reflects what you get!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 week ago via mobile

Described as a resort this place leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are basic indeed as is the food served in the restaurant. The staff are more concerned with themselves than the guests and really didn't display any understanding of 'service '. We lost our room key and had a really hard time getting a replacement. We needed an email printed but had to wait while reception ran some 'training'. We stayed for a week but there was absolutely nothing in our unit that could have been provided - like a dish cloth or pepper and salt. Some businesses are doing so badly they cut services and supplies rather than put in more effort. This is such a place. Never again for us and thoroughly suggest others keep looking. Sometimes a low price is not enough!

We stayed a few rainy days in Denia for short family getaway. We specifically chose the hotel for the indoor pool knowing the weather would be bad and needing something fun for our children.

The price in the off season was quite low and on the hotel´s own website they had special offers to make it even less expensive.

When we arrived Check in was slow. Internet access must be paid apart. Annoying as it was slow as well, but for the price we paid for the room we could not complain.

The outside pool area looked nice but not in the cards for us in the winter. The room was a bit dated but functional and clean.

We used the indoor pool which was nice. It is small but there were not a lot of people so it was good. The gym was surprisingly good for a hotel gym.

The hotel had a kids activity center which was a blessing. They enjoyed doing an arts and craft project building a Fallas ninot which they built over 2 days and then burned. The children´s monitor was excellent.

Having a serviceable kitchen and washing machine came in handy. For what we paid it was a bargain.

Would go again off season.

What I mean by that title is - if you want to have a holiday in a hotel this place is not for you. However if you need a base this is perfect. It's cheap, comfortable and the apartments are a well appointed home from home.

As a cyclist they allow you to keep your bike in the room, and the roads locally for cycling - well there's nowhere better.

Only drawback is the food - it's plain and boring.

I'm going back - for the money it's awesome.

Worst Hotel i visited in my life. Awful, expensive, and very unfriendly treatment. Beach is near but the hotel is not very confortable. We were with other people that was last year and they said that it is worst now.

When we stayed here in October 2013, I wrote my most damning review ever. The management and senior staff were appalling. There's a new team now, and they make you feel like a valued guest. Service is friendly and efficient. The resort seemed brighter and more tended. The rooms are a bit dated but I gather refurbishment is on the cards. The nice blocks are at the top and bottom of the resort. I was only over for a couple of days on business and didn't eat in the restaurant but it seemed busy. Back on our books for a return and Denia is a lovely town. Well done, Ona Grup!

Excellent base for sightseeing in the region, car needed. Clean, comfortable rooms. Grounds well maintained. Good restaurants, supermarket, beach within 5mins walk. All rooms have well equipped kitchens, dining table and chairs, balconies with table and chairs overlooking swimming pool area. Would have rated this resort excellent but staff too pushy on taking half board option and very unhappy when we didn't. Internet in reception area only and not free. Street parking only, but no trouble finding space in Oct. Access gates to accomm blocks close at 10pm, must go through reception area to get to rooms. Quiet residential neighbourhood.

Room Tip: One bedroom units have queen bedroom with TV, wardrobe, aircon. Lounge has sofa bed TV, aircon. One...
