“Nice Hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2009

I stayed in this hotel a few nights while visiting family. The beds are large and comfortable. The room has a flat screen TV, free wifi, and a larger mini-fridge. The bathrooms are spacious as well. There is also a free breakfast, gym, and pool. It's a nice hotel in an area near shops and restaurants, and it's convenient to all major roadways. I would recommend it to others staying in the area.

Stayed here 3 nights with teenager after spending 7 previous night in various hotels in the mid-Atlantic area - best place we stayed!

Great room - wonderful beds and lots of pillows, flat screen TV with lots of channels, wireless internet - very clean and comfortable. I liked that the entire hotel was non-smoking.

Good breakfast, friendly staff. Very secure. Close to shopping area so there are lots of options for food and entertainment (movie theater). 3 minutes off the highway - easy to find.

Lots of hotels in the area but I would definately stay here again.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 11, 2008

We stayed here for one night and enjoyed our stay just fine. The hotel was clean and had an IHOP right across the street, which was a treat to us since we do not have one where we live. Very good food there.
Our room was clean, adequate size for 2 adults and three small children. Breakfast was a hit with the kids. The little room to eat in was a little crowded and that's gets annoying. The was a group of people there for a conference or something, I imagine it's not typically that crowded.
We used the pool twice and on one occasion we were the only ones in he area for over an hour. It was a fine stay for a visit. I have no complaints.

Stayed one night en route to D.C. Check-in staff were friendly and courteous. Room and facilities were adequate and what you would expect from Marriott's low-end brand. Would stay again.

Stayed here one night. Standard mid-level hotel. Standard location by the interstate. Standard clean, adequate room. Standard bed. Standard features. Standard friendly but impersonal service. Standard continental breakfast including the usual waffle-maker. You get the idea.

2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2007

We stayed one night for a visit to Frederick for a graduation party. The hotel staff was accomodating on our request for early check-in, but I don't know if that was good or bad because although the room was nice and clean, it appeared the bathroom was overlooked. The door handle to the bathroom was loose, grout missing from the tile and the toilet was gross with stain. The bedding was clean but the air conditioner kept us up all night because of the noise it made every time it went on. To givefurther credit where it is due, the breakfast bar was fresh and offered a variety of items. The stay wasn't bad, but for the caliber of motel and reputation of the chain, we were disappointed. For the price, we will also try other chains in the area on future visits.

Stayed for the Frederick marathon weekend. Very friendly, helpful, and accomodating staff. Everything was perfect. Convenient, free parking. Spotlessly clean. Quiet. We didn't use the pool, hot tub, or exercise areas but they all looked very nice. Plenty of chain restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
