Thank you for letting us know how we are doing. I have informed maintenence of the issue with your lock and am currently having it repaired. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope that it was not too much of a bother. Our property is experiencing some trouble with our new hot water system. We have been informed by several plumbers that it is a manufacturing issue and we will be removing our current system and replacing it with another. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. We will bear your ideas in mind about the size of the sink as we are currently renovating and purchasing new sinks for the entire property. Thank you for your suggestion! We hope that you had a lovely holiday and thank you for choosing to stay with us!

“What hotel were they at?”

I don't know where the people who wrote the last few reviews were staying!! This hotel is a DUMP! No hot water, early am breakfast attendent couldn't take his eyes off the TV to refill juices and pastries. Room was dingy and out-dated, carpet filthy, bathfan noisy. Waffle house employees hanging outside smoking. Must have people living there long-term, like a flop house.

I sincerely apologize for your poor experience. As I have stated in previous reviews, we have had several plumbers out to address the issues that seem to plague our hot water system. They have all agreed that it is a faulty manufacturing issue and we are working quickly to have it replaced. Our guests have had to endure cold showers in the meantime and I can not stress enough how much myself and the staff regret this major inconvenience. As for the state of your room, I will be addressing housekeeping on the matter to ensure it does not happen again. The breakfast attendant has been addressed as well. I hope that this does not discourage your from visiting us or another Days Inn location at a later date as we hold ourselves to a higher level of accountability than what you have experienced. Thank you very much for taking the time to address these issues to our property and to fellow travelers. We hope that you have a good holiday!

Thank you for your review. I sincerely apologize for the lack of hot water during your stay. We have had several plumbers out to our property in order to remedy the problem. Unfortunately, they have all agreed that it is a manufacturing issue and that we must obtain a new system. We are working as quickly as we can to fix the situation and again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. It is our hope that your experience does not discourage you from visiting us or another Days Inn location as we work very hard to ensure every guest receives an ideal experience when they stay with us. “Can't get much better than this”

Good service, friendly and efficient front desk personnel, great location (a Waffle House is right next door with 24-hour service), directions are good, easy to find, rooms very clean and orderly, good parking.
