“Can't get much better than this”

Good service, friendly and efficient front desk personnel, great location (a Waffle House is right next door with 24-hour service), directions are good, easy to find, rooms very clean and orderly, good parking.

Thank you very much for your response. Thanks to guests like you, we received many suggestions as to how to improve and the guest laundry seemed to be a necessity for many travelers. We appreciate any and all feedback as it helps us become more successful at providing weary travelers with the amenities they need to feel like they are not far from home. “drafty”

The room was very small but ok. Some rooms looked like they may have been renovated. Housekeeping staff was terrific. Smokey smelling for a non smoking room. Probably would not stay at this location again. Breakfast was typical. Lots of traffic passing at all hours.

Thank you very much for bringing this matter to our attention. I sincerely appreciate you informing us of how we are doing. What do people typically come to a hotel for? A comfortable bed and a hot shower. Since we did not deliver on the latter I have called in a plumber to address the issue. Myself and the staff will be paying extra attention to the room that you visited. We apologize for not having provided you with an ideal experience and hope that you will come back to stay with us. Thank you again!
