“Great potatoes and sandwich”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2012

quick service, excellent 'clean' food, and awesome exploded potatoes. My daughter and I enjoyed it. It was a little hard to find, buried in the industrial area but we hung in there and were glad we did.

“Finally a Real Sandwich in Maryland”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2012

I found out about Frisco's as I was looking for a place for an ice cream cone. Well, found the cone but also a great sandwich. Each sandwich will need two hands to hold it while you eat it. The menu has great choices and as you can tell from the other reviews, exploded potatoes are a great choice. Their soups are really good too and always changing.

“LOVE THE EXPLODED POTATOES AND THE WORLD'S BEST POTATOE SOUP!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2012

I have been going to Frisco's for several years since working nearby in the past. I no longer work nearby but I do still stop by several times a month to get an order of the exploded potatoes (The taste is out of this world-your tastebud's will explode-LOL) to take home to serve with burgers on the grill. You can get them already baked or unbaked to take home to bake yourself. The soups change daily and if you are lucky to hit a day where they have the "World's Best Potatoe Soup"-you owe it to yourself to try it-I liken it to liquid exploded potatoes-Pure Heaven!!!. Frisco's has a nice variety of delicious sandwiches on the menu as well as a walk up ice cream window and a take out area that you can call and place your order ahead. If you have not tried Frisco's than you owe it to yourself to try it today and make sure to try to exploded potatoes and the world's best potatoe soup if available. The take out area also has a very nice selection of wine for sale. The service is fast and the staff is very friendly. You will not be disappointed...

“3-in-1: Sandwiches, Salads... Ice Cream... Beer & Wine”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2012

Fresh, made-to-order food distinguishes Friscos from the competition. That alone makes this very casual place a destination. Combine that with an ice cream walk-up window, and a beer & wine shop that specializes in wines under $15, and it’s no wonder this place draws a crowd – despite the location. Drive past the chains on Rt 85 to this funky, noisy, glorified deli. Order at the counter; pay at the bar. Flying Dog’s on tap. The beer and wine shop is just as barebones, but the staff’s very helpful and the bargain hunting is an adventure.

“Chowhound gem in an industrial park”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2012

Wanted a good local place to eat, and Yelp guided us here. It's tucked away in an industrial park, but Flying Dog is just down the street, so definitely a good place to go for a post-tour meal. The bartender was very friendly and happily let us sample the Flying Dog seasonal they had on tap. Food was great: the exploded potato is a must-have.
