I am moving to the Frederick, MD area and living in the hotel for about 45 days. There is plenty of room in the suite and it comes with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and plenty of counter space. A complimentary breakfast is provided buffet style every morning and is very good. The workout room is sufficient if all you need is a treadmill and mid-weight dumbbells; otherwise there is a fitness center just down the street that you can use. Other amenities are a small basketball court, fire pit, grill, and an outdoor lounge area. Free wireless internet is provided and is pretty speedy for a hotel. Speedtest rates this hotel as 1mb/s upload and 1mb/s download. Each device that connects gets it's own bandwidth allocation from what I can tell. You won't be downloading like a mad man, but it'll definitely get you through basic websurfing and gaming. Youtube vids require low quality or you'll be buffering for quite a while.
Overall I am very pleased with my stay and would definitely stay here again.
