We went to Volt to celebrate my husband's birthday. The entire expereience was just perfect. The food was fantastic. We chose the 4 course meal option, as this was our first time dining at the restaurant. There several surprise- amuse bouche,morsels of candy,and mini cinnamon coffeecakes to take home. Both of us had delicious tuna tartare. His sturgeon was wonderful and my pork belly was amazing. Our third course of lobster and bass were perfectly cooked. They surprised my husband with a birthday semifreddo. The desserts were out of this world. We enjoyed sampling different cocktails. The wine list was quite pricey. They offered half-bottles of wine, which were the price of whole bottles at most restaurants. The amount of food was just right.
