Nito is next door to Hotel Ego and offers a full restaurant as well as a bar area which offers smaller dishes and also provides room service to the hotel.
The restaurant itself is very grand looking inside and has a real formality to it that made me feel a little out of place, but generally there doesn’t seem to be a reason for this atmosphere. Perhaps it is different when it is busier and full of activity because when I went it there it was mid-week and a bit dry and quiet.
The food was good though and not overly expensive – good sized portions too. It isn’t as fancy as the place suggests though and there wasn’t the flair in the presentation that the rest of place suggested there should be.
Still, a good place, a little bit more expensive in the main area than I think it justified and I’m not sure why it presents itself with as much formality as it does, but still a very nice place.
