“friendly and comfortble”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2013

We hav stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years on our diving trip south. We have always found the place adequate but when we stayed, on Jan 31 just past, everything was a notch better . From the staff at check in through the housekeeping and grounds staff, the service was friendly and efficient. We ate at the attached Mexican restaraunt and were completely satisfied.

Pleasant welcoming staff, clean and comfortable bed, and high standard of customer care. Breakfast included in the room price. Restaurant on site offers a discount if you are staying at the hotel. No lift/elevator if you are staying upstairs was the only minor difficulty. Barstow has many hotels, we are glad we chose this one!

I spent one night at this Motel when My Son was participating in the La-B to Vegas Motorcycle ride. When I arrived I was checked in very quickly and professionally. They even checked on me once I got to the room. The beds were comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my stay.I was a bit concerned when I drove up Friday night and there most of been 50-100 motorcycle riders checking into the motel. I was not certain how quiet the night would be, But I was surprised that by 9:30 not a sound was heard through out the Motel .I will plan on returning next year Good Job

I stay at this Hotel often when on business sometimes for 2 or 3 weeks at a time. It is not the newest hotel in the area, but it is well kept, clean and maintained. The restaurant is good and the morning breakfast is hot, tasty and served up in the restaurant. Not your conventional motel breakfast....much better. The grounds are nice, there is a bbq near the pool that is available for use. It is quiet for the most part. Nice television and in-room coffee. Nothing fancy, but works well and I will stay there again

The hotel was clean and well maintained. It was easy to find in the middle of town which also made it easily accessible to other locations. The service was good and so was the free breakfast in the attached restaurant.

Room Tip: Loved the king sized bed and non-smoking room.

after traveling over 300 miles we were ready to stop for the night. had made reservations at Quality Inn. walked into the motel and a friendly desk clerk greeted us with a smile and a cold bottle of water. checked us in quickly and informed us about breakfast within ten minutes our phone rang in our room and asked if everything was okay. what a great way to be treated after being in th car all day and very tired. I would recommend this motel 100 percent to anyone wanting a nice room and that smile and cold bottle of water.

Room Tip: west side and not accross from the pool. quiet and good parking right in front of our room

There were two redeeming aspects to our stay at the Quality. One was the food and service at their restaurant. The other was the exterior courtyard. The room itself was dirty, with black grease spots on the drapery, hairs in the sink, and something decaying on the carpet. One bed was in need of replacement and felt like it was about to collapse. The toilet made a howling/screeching noise when flushed (which woke both of us up at night). The A/C was very load, but it did mask the traffic noise. The carpet was torn and spotted with dirt. The room smelled of some sort of cleaning product. And then there was the "view" out our only window (picture attached). Eat at the restaurant. Avoid staying at the hotel.

Room Tip: Necer stay in room #130.
