“Excellent restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2014

Stayed in the area with a group of friends, visited twice as it was the nicest dining experience we had throughout our trip. The service was excellent, speaking good english and able to answer any of our questions regarding the menu and offering suggestions.

“Excellent hospitality & food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2014

L'Aixart is a "must" when you visit Aiguablava/Fornells, if you're looking for a familiar & unique place either to eat or stay.
Charming service, good quality/price regarding the food (rices are remarkable) and nice location/views.
We're going to repeat in the near future for sure!

“Very pretentious and expensive.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2013

Looks great - fantastic setting but the food is really very ordinary - if you are going to charge more than 15 euros for a pizza it needs to be good and it's not it's just ordinary - I afraid pretentious sums this restaurant up.

“Evening Meal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 29, 2013

Lovely meal. Hake was beautifully cooked and presented - shame that it came with no potatoes or veg. The menu didn't make this clear

“Great food, friendly service and wonderful setting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2013

I just had to write about the wonderful food we had at l'Aixart. When we drove up to this restaurant, because of the tinted glass it looked shut. So don't be fooled. This place is well worth the trip. 6 of us had dinner here, including a two and a four year old.
They have a highchair and a small children's menu. Pizza's, pasta or the usual chicken nugget option.
For the adults there is a selection of pizzas, fish, paella and tapas. We had olives and bread with tomato on of starters and both were lovely.
My main of hake with palamos prawns, was amazing. The others had pizzas and enjoyed them too.
They have a fully stocked bar and the decor of the bar areas and terraces has been decorated to an high standard.
Service was good and they spoke English and had an English menu. He was very informative about the local area and all the produce had been sourced from the local area too.

They also do takeaway. Have a pool table. Have 4 hostel rooms and offer some late night night life at weekend.
