First review I've ever submitted, but felt compelled to do so. We arrived around 9 pm with no reservation on a Saturday night in August and straight away an extra table was made available, necessitating the need to shut one of the seven doors!!! It was not a problem and was a good sign of what was to come (having left another restaurant at lunch the same day, next to the bridge at the port, with a bad taste in our mouths as a result of the slow, poor and surly service)
This was a fantastic meal, 22 euros for an amuse bouche, 3 courses, wine, water and bread. Coffees and liqueurs in addition, total 52 euros. Service was impeccable, everything from humorous translations and explanations thro' questionable gestures! and a friendly and accommodating manner. Very much a locals' place too, with people still arriving at 11pm! Great choice and attention to deal at a fabulous price.
