My husband and I went to the Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead on the weekend prior to New Year's Eve . We stayed on the club level. Our first night was extremely noisy-all night-- with rolling carts coming and going, loud voices from the club room, and the constant noice of people coming and going. The situation was made worse by the fact that the floors were tile so all sounds were magnified. The hotel staff seemed very aware of our concerns.Not a new problem.
We requested a new room--further down the hall on the carpeted area- for the remainder of our stay. The rest of our visit was very enjoyable with wonderful and gracious service, pretty surroundings, and tasty food and drink in the club room.

What a wonderful and perfect stay in Buckhead. The hotel is elegant and the staff is so friendly and helpful from the time you arrive until you bid farewell. It is nice to feel appreciated and thanked for choosing their hotel above all others in the same city. Even through the Ritz in Buckhead is a distance from downtown Atlanta, the Marta is so easy to get to with a quick walk to and from the hotel. There are great restaurants also near by if you do not want to eat at the hotel. I was in a corner room (the only way to go) with great views of the city. The room was large, comfy and very clean. The only negative of the hotel is that I left by mistake two pairs of gloves in the closet and didn't realize until I unpack, good gloves from NorthFace, but the lost and found could not find! That is disappointing.

As you walk in they make you feel welcome.
What ever you need they will do their best to accomplish it. Their afternoon tea is very good, the variety of teas they offer makes it difficult to pick one. My daughter and I enjoyed it very much. In their buffet breakfast they have southern grits with cheese , muesli and blintzes! The room was fresh and very clean. Their location is perfect for us, shopping and plenty of restaurants to choose from
We are looking forward to our next stay at this hotel!

I have stayed at a number of Ritz-Carlton hotels and the one in Buckhead, ATL does not disappoint. Elegant, clean, and very well run, you know what you are getting. The staff is particularly good at this one. As a test I stood in the lobby for a few minutes, and no less than 6 random staff asked if I needed anything. Everyone is on the ball. It is located between the two big malls in Buckhead so perfect for a shopping trip. The reason I wrote this review is the club level, which is extremely worth it here. I love dining, but honestly I ate at the club level 3 times a day (went out for dinner because ATL has great restaurants). I asked a bellman about it, and he told me they are rated always 1 or 2 internationally for their club level.
