I was very impressed with the decor and apparent remodel. Front desk staff very friendly. Rooms very modern, comfortable and a nice size. Lobby and business center clean and inviting and fast Internet speeds.
Items for the traveler to be aware of any rooms by the pool you will also pick up traffic noise and the airport is close so flights can be heard. Nice, cozy bar with a nice menu of food to choose from so you don't have to leave the property. Parking is secure (need your room key) but you pay extra for it.
Items to improve upon, it appears they are either still hiring or training staff because while they were nice it seemed as if service and attention to details is lacking. Too biggest concerns: 1) my shower was not cleaned as I could see an array of hair that was not mine, shampoo but no conditioner, dirty glass on the patio and no literature on hotel services in the room. However, Front desk brought menu, conditioner and extra glasses when requested. 2) they seem understaffed in the dinning room. I sat myself at 8pm, 8:10 was acknowledged but not given a menu. After placing my order, drink came back wrong and it took approximately 20 minutes for me to get my salad. Please note there was under 20 people in the dinning room. During that time I was still not given water or checked on if I needed anything so I just went to the bar area to take care of things myself. My entree arrived after another 25 minutes and was missing a side. But I still think the staff was friendly but didn't have enough of them or something.
Good for business travelers as long as they improve the services times. Nothing worse then being on the road all day and having to wait over an hour to eat.
