Reminded me of a 2 room Sleep 6 with a coat of paint and an old coat of paint at that. The lobby building and breakfast fool everybody because they are nice, probably by 3 stars, the best space on campus and I do mean campus. It is an old corporate apartment complex turned into a hotel.
Problems: very noisy and terrible sound insulation so you hear very footstep in the room above you...all night long. No wi-fi in the rooms, wired Internet only except....you got it in the main lobby area. Had a duct taped fixed AC duct connection with 2 sided foil tape around a painted sheet metal piece above the thru wall unit and dirt stained wall covering around that. TVs were great 1988 25" model Sylvania missing over half the listed channels including The Weather Channel, whose office and studio is about 1.5 miles away. Algae in toilet. Water for shower sound like a diesel pressure washer.
Hot breakfast was good...in the main lobby building with all the flat screens and working cable channels. Did have very convenient kitchenette with 1980 appliances.
Location is great and size of room is nice, but quality of patched walls, ceiling and carpet and the bathroom in general are way below a $100 room. Staff was very nice
Paid 109 and should have been about 49 on a good day for the best room, location and breakfast notwithstanding. Could be nice, but rooms not near as nice as lobby and main building.
