Well my toilet was broken (an easy fix I actually did myself) and there was some sort of buzzing noise so loud I could not sleep the first night. I even got up to leave the hotel at 12 am to find earplugs. I stay at hotels a lot and don't normally have trouble sleeping with noises. The next morning I found a dead cockroach in my sink.

The second night I changed rooms and it was great, silent, bug free and I enjoyed the rest of my stay very much.

The food is a bit irratic, the first day I had a wonderfully cooked salmon salad, but the next time I had it, it was so dry I ate the leaves and left the salmon behind. The chicken was very dry too, very overcooked.

It wasn't bad and but wasn't great.

house keeping was late in the afternoon aprox 4:30 pm everyday. never vacumed or dusted the head board of the bed or behind the bed. The toilet maybe standard however seems very low to the floor, made difficult standing. resturant service was just unsatisfactory. swimming pool was closed fitness room was freezeing

I was there for a conference and got a good group price. They didn't seem to be staffed properly for our group, especially the day of arrival. Terrible service and food in dining room.
The facility and rooms were clean to my eye, but some of my colleagues suffered from the effects of mold in their room. I found the towels to be scratchy. My toilet stopped working and no one answered the phone. I had to go to the front desk for assistance.
I must add, however, that all the staff I had contact with we're friendly and helpful.

This was my 1st time at the Wyndham. The location is conveniently located off 285. There is a Waffle House next door which i must have when in GA. There is a CVS, Publix (in a strip mall with other stores and resturants) and gas station across the street. If you are looking for a hotel with a view outside of something spectacular then this is not for you. The lobby is nice and decorative. The customer service rep was nice upon checking in. They have two computers for guest usage. You get 15 minutes free and then after that you must pay. They have icons on the screen for specfic airlines to check-in and print boarding passes for free. Other printing is $1 dollar I believe. The room was nice and spacious for me and my buddy. My two complaints were the heat didnt work and the female desk rep hung while I was requesting someone come look at the heat. The heat didn't work the first day of check in. I went out and came back after turning heat up and it was still cold in the room. It was after 3am so I waited till the next morning and call the front desk. While speaking to front desk rep about the issue she rushed me off the phone while I was still talking and stated someone would be up to fix the heat shortly. After waiting for an hour and no 1 showed up I went out for several hours, came back and heat was still not working. I had to go to the front desk and speak with someone. He assured me someone would be up soon. About 10 minutes later someone arrived and fixed the problem. Minus those two issues it satisfied my needs.

The beds were uncomfortable and felt as if they were sinking. The sheets were hard and rough. The bathroom is out of date with torn wall paper, stains, and dust! The stopper in the tub did not work. The only thing I did like about this room was the space. It felt extremely old and worn. The carpet and wall paper was torn in the guest room. I did not feel comfortable sleeping here! I guess I should have paid attention to the paper and trash in the hallway to know that the rooms wouldn't be much cleaner :-/ The lobby area fooled me :(
