As a business traveler, I almost exclusively stay at Marriott properties. Due to the proximity of this hotel to my business meeting, I chose to stay at this hotel for 4 nights.
WOW! I was blown away by the the high standard of customer service that I experienced during my stay. I probably encountered over 20 different members of the staff during my stay and each and every one of them were smiling, eager to assist, and displaying an air of being very happy in their job. The time and money spent in their training program was money well spent. Hats off to the manager and his management team. Marriott hotels could learn a thing or two from this operation.
Jefferey........how do you describe an employee who has the charm and attention to being of service that you really hate to leave this hotel. Jeffery oversees the restaurant area and the outstanding free breakfast buffet area. Upon seeing him every morning at breakfast, he always had a smile and a warm, sincere greeting to help get your day off to a great start. I promise, you will never forget Jeffery and the outstanding service and demeanor that he presents.
Oh yes, the rooms. I found the floor plan and cleanliness to be outstanding. I had an end room and found it to be very quiet.
