My family and I stay at the Intercontinental Buckhead several times a year. I took a friend recently and stayed for market week this January. Every time I stay at this hotel one thing is always a constant,.. excellent service. The absolute best service is always found in the club level lounge.
Nesib is namely responsible for the majority of my praise! He always remembers us & is more attentive then anyone I have ever encountered. He is wonderful! He always is extremely helpful and professional. He treats all of his customers as family and goes above and beyond! When attending Market and working all day, returning to a welcoming hotel and being spoiled and
pampered by a caring and attentive customer service specialist like Nesib , i think i would always
choose to return to this hotel. He made us comfortable and remembered everything from our drink preferences to things that might be appreciated on a nightly basis. He treated us as if we
were the only guests while just as professional & attentive to a whole room full of guests at the same time, doing so effortlessly! The IC is a nice property in a convenient location with
great rooms & appointments. What makes this a real 4 star property is the service from
professionals like Nesib! I am grateful to have a hotel like this to call home when visiting Atlanta!

Booked a weekend getaway at the Intercontinental Buckhead location, as soon as the bell hop brought up our bags we dashed off to one of Buckhead's fine dining establishments. While at dinner I received the call many of us with elder parents dread; my father had a heart attack....
we rushed back to the hotel, grabbed our bags, mind you we never so much as rumpled a towel; and dashed down to the reservation desk to check out. The girl behind the counter quickly got us checked out and we were on our way, long story short, Dad is ok, but what to do about losing my $300+ hotel room fee? Orbitz was no help so I contacted the hotel directly and talked with the hotel manager on duty; Mr. Wright. This person is a sterling example of what upscale management should be, I wasn't looking for a refund I wanted to have my getaway, and Mr. Wright undertook the necessary action to provide me with a certificate for a complimentary night and did it with polish and understanding. I have booked that getaway and joined IC's 'priority' club as this is the type of upscale establishment that I want to patronize often. Thank you Mr. Wright

This was our 3rd or 4th time here. Because we are locals, we've only had single night stays but have enjoyed them all. This was the best by far. We stayed in an executive suite which was beautiful and with a nice view. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived 30 minutes before check in time and the young lady at the front desk was very sweet, apologetic and helpful. We told her that we would wait in the bar, instead of calling our cell, she found us in the bar and delivered the keys to us. Very nice! We enjoyed so quality time at the Bourbon Bar after dinner and breakfast the next morning. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I just got off the phone with the hotel manager Casey. She was polite, professional, and most importantly was able to reschedule my reservation after I had received some devastating news that has postponed my need for a hotel this weekend. If an actual stay in this hotel is anything like the service I just received from Casey, I know I will have a remarkable experience. I am just so grateful for customer service that actually serves. This hotel has earned my business ten times over, and I will be recommending it to EVERYONE. I will add another review when I finally stay there in the upcoming weeks, but to others reading this post, I can comment about their level of service: if anything goes wrong with your plans, rest assured that this hotel will listen to your concerns and try to accommodate your needs. They will care about you.
