My husband and I went to Thai Diner for our anniversary. I had a classic pad thai dinner and he had their special of the night - salmon with 3 flavors. We started with 2 different apptizers - crab cream cheese rolls and a spicy sirloin and cabbage dish. Both were delicious. There were only two crab rolls - so we thought the portion was a bit small - but the sirloin dish was a good size portion, and definitely lived up to it's spicy rating.
Our meals were both good...portions about "medium"...ie, not too much, not too little. The focus was definitely on quality, not quantity. The atmosphere was warm and the decor was nice...not too busy. The place was a tad bit too dim for the dinner hour...during the day the lights are not turned down so low. Our server was attentive...maybe too attentive. We did feel a little bit rushed to order, but I think it had more to do with our particular server than with the restaurant's style of service.
Overall: good food - pretty good value for the money. I would definitely go back.
