Great food...Great People....Don't let the outside scare you away. Blackened Shrimp and Cheese grits to die for...Wash it down with a cold Sweetwater.

“A taste of the south”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 3, 2013

Had a southern style dinner which was very reasonable and good. I had Georgia mountain trout and my spouse did chicken and ribs. They served black eyed peas and collard greens family style. Also included a salad bar. Portions were very generous.

“Disappointing experience”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 29, 2013

It may be unfair, but we were there with a large group and it was very crowded while waiting in line to get our food. Also, the food wasn't great as it was a buffet. The staff was very good; energetic and friendly. There were other diners there and they may have had a better experience. I would definitely go back to dine in a small group.

“Spooky”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2013

This is an Atlanta gem and in the heart of downtown that has been around about 45 years. It is southern United States cooking and definitely a step back into time. Be sure to ask your server about the strange things that some have experienced from the spiritual side. It all has to do with what the building was used for way back when.

Pitty Pat's has a "side-board" that is well stocked with all kinds of salads. It's very easy to make a meal out of this which is what you can do. Generally, it is complimentary with your meal. Sit back and enjoy some southern tradition.

“Neat Place”

The food was ok! The cornbread stuffing was delicious. The service was great and the portions were huge. You may want to consider sharing the entrees.
