I wasn't sure if I should rate Vinocity as terrible or just okay. I opted for okay because the food was good. The service was awful. We had a party of 9 and I think the server decided that since he was getting his 18% tip guaranteed that he wouldn't bother with us. Okay, this is a wine restaurant - never even took a drink order until we had our salads. Then when we asked for more bread - didn't arrive - we asked again and his answer was "well, we're waiting for it to be sliced." Never explained any of the wines on the wine list. At the end of the meal there was a mix-up regarding desserts and an extra was brought out by accident, the owner happened by at that moment and said that it would be on the house for our table. The waiter took the dessert away and said "I know there's someone at this table who would like it" and left with it. Totally bizarre experience in what was supposed to be a great restaurant. New staff needed!
