I stayed there for a long time, and they knew that I am an international guest there, stranger to their meals. This hotel is proud of being a Suite, but it is far from being a suite, even a hostel. All the housekeepers consider themselves as managers here. They think they can decide when and how to clean my room. I cannot communicate with them as they don't know English. I think it is inappropriate to clean the room while I'm sleeping in the morning, cause I went there to rest. I am a muslim, and I CANNOT eat any meat, it must be halal food. As a famous hotel around the world, Hilton should know this and prepare halal food for their guests. They attach importance to only their guests who are familiar to American food and culture, but what about the others? If you are hiring someone, you need to be sure that they know how to behave humans from all races. In this hotel, you can come across Barbara responsible from food, and she serves any food to others in a perfect manner, but not us. She even hid cereals. While I was choosing what to eat, she stared at me and I felt very disturbed there. I told about this problem to the administration twice, but this also didn't help.

I appreciate your review of your recent experience at our hotel. We do understand that all of our guest have different dietary needs and that is why we try to provide enough variety to accommodate all. Though it was not possible to provide halal meat for you, there were other options made especially available such as sliced tomato, cucumbers, olives, fresh fruit and fish during your stay. I apologize if we were unable to accommodate your schedule for you to receive adequate housekeeping services. In no way did we intend to make you feel disturbed and I am sure this was not Barbara’s intention. Our goal is to provide the best accommodations and service in the lodging industry so I have addressed these issues with our team. Thank you once again for your comments.
