“nice buzzy atmosphere, great sea food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 25, 2013

I went with a fussy group of people and everyone seemed very satisfied with what they ordered. I had the fish and chips, which came with vinegar, which I love, and were deliciously greasy and salty. Everyone was happy to share the chips.
Service was smooth and attentive.
We had to leave early but the desserts looked fab. I would go again.
(if you don't like fish/sea food, don't go there, there really didn't seem to be many other options)

“Exceptionally good seafood”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2013

A party of four went for dinner and everyone had a great meal. The calamari were light and delicate, the smoked seafood platter was excellent. I had salmon which was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Others enjoyed scallops, fish stew, and chicken, all delicious. Dessert was the weak spot - good, but not great. Service was excellent.

“wow!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 20, 2013

this place was recommended and now I return the favor. fried clams as an appetizer, with bellies! not just strips! oysters were awesome. the menu changes but we had monkfish, sole, and scallops. all fantastic! cooked perfectly. even the kid was impressed with his fish and chips. and he's not exactly picky. side of brussel sprouts were super. drinks were awesome too. had amarena cherries for my manhattan (and 3 or 4 different ryes to choose from). what a treat. expected a lot and they delivered more. so rare for me to love a place. and I love lure.

ain't cheap, but when you're in the mood to splurge, this is the place.

and this was right before passover and they had signs on the table for homemade gefilte fish. who knew? we got some. was very good too.

“Would not return”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2013

We had a large group at Lure. I don't know if they were overwhelmed with the large party but it was impossible to track down a server to order a drink or get refills on our water. Finally, I was able to order a drink and had to order it again since they forgot about it and the server seemed annoyed when I asked again. Food is definitely catered towards seafood lovers so anyone who doesn't like seafood should not try this place. The bread was the best part of the meal (warm with sesame seeds on it). The decor is ok... Nothing spectacular.

“Great Food, Service and Atmosphere.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 16, 2013

We had dinner at the Lure based on a recommendation. The food was excellent, the service was even better, thank you A.J., and the atmosphere was great. Atlanta has it going on!
