“Very good value.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 13, 2011

Good price for a midtown Atlanta hotel that's nice. Room was very nice & comfortable. Was hard for us to find breakfast outside the hotel. Convenient to have Starbucks across the street, and MARTA station near by.

The staff ensured that our business meeting met and exceeded our expectations. The team is very professional and they want your experience to be one that is remembered as a success. The employees have positive attitudes and strive for excellence from the front door, to registration, to dining, or assisting you in the business center. I highly recommend working with this team at the hotel and conference center.

As the title states...GREAT stay!
My only complaint is the cost of parking and the non-deal that the hotel offers as an alternative.

We are happy to hear that your first stay with us was a good one! We really appreciate the good review!
We feel fortunate to have a great parking garage (with about 1,500 spaces) attached to the hotel. Although we can appreciate your desire for a lower cost alternative, our overnight rate of $16 is among the lowest of any hotel in the Midtown and Downtown area.
We hope to have the privilege of welcoming you back to our hotel soon!!!

No rental car was needed for our college looking visit to Georgia Tech. Flew to ATL airport. Took MARTA (Red or Gold line) from airport to Midtown stop. Free Tech Trolley stops at MARTA station, hotel, and all over campus. Very convenient.

This hotelnis in a great location near Coc-Cola world, the Aquarium, etc. What I liked was that it had great city views from the upper floors, it is attached to the Ga. Tech learning g center, there are restaurants within walk g distance I'd you want to get out, and it was clean, with big rooms nicely appointed with planet-friendly toiletries even. It is a nice hotel for business and pleasure travel and it is going to be my default hotel for Atlanta. Oh, and it's easy to get to fro. The airport on Marta. The Tech Trolley picks up at the Marta station in Midtown and takes you directly to the hotel.

I recently spent two nights at this hotel while visiting colleges with my teen. It is located on the northeast side of the Georgia Tech campus in what appeared to be a safe area with a few restaurants and the college Barnes and Noble Bookstore across the street. The hotel seemed new and contemporary in appearence. The rooms were average size but very comfortable and clean. It was quiet except for what sounded like air conditioning hum. The staff at check in and check out were very polite and helpful. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant, which has both a buffet and an a la carte menu. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with high quality food, except for the pastries and doughnuts which were a bit soggy, and was reasonably priced. We did not try the buffet at dinner but the cajun salmon off the menu was great and the service was excellent. There is free wi-fi internet. Parking is convenient and it is easy to get around Atlanta, at least to the touristic places we visited.
We would definitely return to this hotel if we are ever in Atlanta again.

Yep.... the people working here are really just cheap. I was enquiring about the laundry detergent to use in their laundry room and was advised strongly to buy "Chlorox-2" at the gift shop to use as it is a detergent too which she uses it "all the time" at her home. When showed the directions on it which tells to add it with detergent, she rushed in and then came back with an advice to buy "tide" at a convenient store near by instead !! Wonder what she really uses at home !!!???! She was smiling all the time though ......

The (same) house keeper asked us about "what we needed" trying to not make our room on a daily basis. They start knocking all the doors by 7:00 AM shouting " House Keeping" !!!

Requested to put some take away food after dinner to keep in refrigerator just for the night; was told that they can rent a mini refrigerator for 15$ a night !!!

Not enough sound proofing; quite noisy !!

Only thing good is the location close/in campus. And free wi-fi I guess !!!

Thank you for providing some feedback on your experience with us.
The hotel provides all guests with complimentary access to a washer and dryer. Typically, we sell both a laundry detergent and bleach product in our gift shop. We apologize for running out of the detergent during your stay.
