I would have enjoyed the experience at this motel a lot more if the employees had a better attitude. The gentleman at the front desk who checked me in seemed snotty and was not helpful with an issue that I had. The breakfast was very good except that the chef obviously didn't want to be there and it showed by his leaving every few minutes and ignoring guests. The room was nice but I guess the scratches all over the hardwood floor are to be expected over time. Hallway noise was more than I expected. Very concerned that they had disconnected emergency lighting, disabled smoke detectors and filled emergency stairway with combustibles.
