You don't think you're at the airport...suddenly, after taking in this aesthetically pleasing environment and slouching into your sexy, curved leather seat, you realize this restaurant/cocoon doesn't have a bathroom--down the concourse you schlep....anyway, that's the toughest part of this deal. The atmosphere and decor is sleek and vaguely Danish. The service is pretty good and very friendly. All types of groovy-[--] drinks are available and some amazing bourbons, too. The trout is a must-have--lightly dusted with corn meal--skin on, moist and tasty with peas & gnocchi of all things--but it's a good combo. My table mate had the springer mountain chicken with shells--also excellent. And, in closing: personal French press coffee?? Crunchy little brown sugar cubes?? Cinnamon sticks?? I'm in.
