We chose Twelve because we had not been able to get into our normal spot for holiday brunch. Although the selections were limited due to space, all I tried were very flavorful. I left very full, even though I am vegetarian. In the future if the brunch is not in a larger area, I would limit the sushi which seemed to take up a full third of the salad/cheese/vegetable area in order to make room for another selection of hot vegetables or an egg item. There was only one point I noticed that the chefs were not able to keep up with the demand; it was quickly remedied with only a short wait. The staff were some of the most pleasant I have encountered in Atlanta in a long time... kudos on customer service! Our server, Beverly, was welcoming, attentive without being overly persistent, and even called over one of the chefs to our table to introduce us. I love a sugar piece or two at Christmas and was not disappointed here by the chef's proficiency. The sugar art by the pastry chef was clear with bright colors (no bubbles or clouding) and was of a high degree of technical difficulty. What a great Christmas surprise when we realized it was also cheaper than our normal holiday brunch spot! We will definitely be back... for lunch, dinner, or a holiday brunch.
