I would like to see an update on the furniture and remodeling. We were a little disappointed in the overall room decor. The beds were a little lumpy. Additional sheets and pillows were not on hand in the room for the let-out couch. on one queen bed the comforter (spread) was soiled and/or spotted and unappealing. After contacting housekeeping., we were informed that due to the late hour, (8:30 pm) the hotel did not have a replacement spread; I was offered an additional sheet and blanket instead. I didn't complain or call management. I just expected more from Hilton and for the amount of money spent. Honestly, I had two hotel reservations one at Embassy Suites and the other at Fairfield Marriott. My next visit may have a different option.

Room Tip: Always ask for a room with a good view. All we saw was the AC units on the roof and an old parking...

We had two issues that we have never experienced at an Embassy Suites property in the past. A female front desk employee at check in was so very rude and arrogant, if we had not prepaid, I think I would not have stayed. We also had an issue with housekeeping, but that issue was handled immediately. Managers reception and breakfast were great. Pleasantly surprised to find the outdoor spa open. Location is excellent. Several good reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. Parking and Internet can add approximately 45.00 to the daily room rate.

Stayed for a business conference. Hotel is excellent overall. Pros: Well located hotel, clean room, friendly and courteous staff, walking distance to Aquarium, CNN and Coca-Cola attractions; walking distance to Convention Center, Georgia Dome and Arena; close to MARTA station.

Cons: no free internet unless you've got an ATT account...and you remember your password for it.

Thank god fot this hotel, it is a gem beside Centennial Olymipc Park. Perfect for all major tourist venues, convention center and airport. This coupled with the free managers reception, large rooms and complimentary breakfast make this a winner.

Had a very nice time at The Embassy Suites last week. Lots of things to do very close by and love the managers coctail party.Staff were all very friendly and helpful in answering questions. One negative. 29.00 per night to park at the hotel! Rooms were clean and quiet with an abundance of hot water! Yea!!!

We stayed here the weekend of CHEERSPORT Nationals (feb 15-feb 17). It is literally next door to the Georgia world congress center so we had our eye on it last year for sheer convenience. Is also right next to world of coke and the aquarium. The room was clean and well maintained. We had no issues with the bedding, facilities, bathrooms etc. they were all very nice. The kids were bummed that there was no pool (well, there is but it's on the roof and not exactly swimmer friendly in Feburary) they could use. The breakfast in the morning was not quite what I've come to expect from embassy suites. The made to order omelets were good, but some of the other selections seemed a bit thin (muffin choices especially, it looked like muffin crumb carnage in the basket) and the pancakes taste like they're frozen ones that are just warmed up and put in the warming pan. The toasters are the slowest toasters known to man. a wuick trip to walmart to rellace them would be a ood suggestion. The friendliest person in the restaurant was the busboy who always had a smile and a "have a fabulous day" the omelet guy wasn't terribly friendly but I think we were spoiled by the ES omelet man in Cleveland, Ohio. The valet parking guys did not communicate with the front desk to add that to our bill so we were held up trying to leave so they could go attend to their oversight....that's better than our friend with the valet parking though...they lost his BMW. Not even kidding. They parked it somewhere and didn't write it down. They found it 12 hours later (gratefully they'd tried to go out to dinner and weren't trying to leave when the valet guys realized they had no idea where his car was). But, we didn't have issue like that, they found our car and produced it even before they were done adjusting the bill with my husband inside.

All in all, it's location means its pricey. It was worth it for the location, but the breakfast wasn't worth the price of the hotel and the valet parking (if you're a car they lost) is not worth it. I'm an embassy suites die hard fan and i'd say this one is Probably priced about 50-75 more a night than what I think it's worth...but again, location is everything. If we return to cheersport again next year (and its not booked...which happens quickly for that weekend) well likely stay here again for that reason.

The hotel was in a great location for my purposes. Contrary two some previous reviews, I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was first-rate. There was a Ruth's Chris in house. Even the nightly happy hour was a pleasant surprise. You get two free drinks and some snacks in a nice atrium setting. The room was clean and well laid out with the exception of the undersized bathroom.
