Excellent, really. The extended family are the real thing - you are made totally welcome at their home farm, and they give you quality time and explanation: we learnt so much, and enjoyed the video in the outer barn too. We loved the petting animals, especially the horse who shows you where to get the food to feed him with. We were enchanted to meet Betty, the matriarch, who is so welcoming and friendly. We loved the maple walk in the woods. We enjoyed learning and tasting - alas we couldn't buy products as we come from UK and had no room in our cases - but you lucky Americans can buy right there, wonderfully tasty things. Home again now, and find we are missing the colours - but I made chicken with maple syrup and balsamic dressing for lunch which brought it all back. Thank you for a lovely welcome and informative visit, and for your generosity in having it free entry. (As a matter of interest, we didn't care for Billings Farm and its sterility at all!)
