“Stunning views”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2013

The ruins were in a stunning location with views over the mountains. There were information boards to explain the history. We paid our entrance fee (2 euros for retired) and wandered around the ruins, hewn out of rock. The man on the gate met us on our way down and showed us some fossils on the rocks.

Liked everything, one of the most stunning places in Europe!! Good food, gorgeous lakes, amazing mountains, wildlife galore,
friendly locals ... and less than an hour from Malaga airport. Incredible!

“A fence and a charge?”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 7, 2012

I have visited these ruins on a couple of occasions and although the story behind it is very interesting, there is not a hell of a lot to see and the 3 euro charge on the second visit was not really justified!
