Had to stay near my job due to scheduled time that I had to report. Looked up several Hotels in and around the area. I recalled staying here at the Four Points before and really enjoyed everything. Location took it all for me, as it is right across from a strip mall. From the front desk staff Ms. Sandra and Ms. Amanda they were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. As they saw me and other guess as we walked and or just passing thru the lobby. They asked is everything ok and or is there anything we can do to make our stay more enjoyable. Not to leave out the other front desk staff and also the kitchen crew and cooks. The breakfast and dinner was awsome, esp on Wednesday night for happy hour. Also hats off to the staff that cleans and prep your for another peaceful night of sleep.

My husband, son and daughter-in-law and I stayed here shortly after New Years and were exceedingly pleased with the accomodations WITH ONE EXCEPTION. I have an allergy to cigarette smoke and around midnight, twelve-thirty, we could smell cigarette smoke coming into our room from under the door. When the door was opened, the odor was even stronger. As it was so late in the night, we hesitated to call the front desk. What would they do? Go knocking on doors in the middle of the night? It turns out that is exactly what we should have done and let them handle it. Instead, I commented on it to the desk clerk the following morning when we checked out. I wasn't looking for a refund but an offer of a discounted price would have been nice, even if we hadn't taken it. Everything about our stay was pleasant and the price was a great value for what we got. The rooms were lovely and clean with nice firm mattresses, full pillows, comfortable and spacious. The maid service was excellent and friendly. An all-we-could eat full breakfast was included in our stay and it was more than enough (plain non-fat yogurt, fresh fruit, all sorts of baked sweet breads, bagels, toasts, make-your-own waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal, sausage, bacon, hash, home fries, scramble eggs, omelets, juices, coffee and tea). There was a lovely exercise room which we are always looking for on our trips. Knowing that our visit in VA involved a lot of sitting all day and night, the exercise room was a welcome addition to our stay before we left for the day. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again BUT- should we detect cigarette smoking again, no matter what time it is, we will make a call to the front desk in the hope that it can be taken care of.

I had two interviews in two days about 100 miles from home so my husband and I decided to save gas and get a room for the night. It was a comfortable room with a nice big bed. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Sandra at the front desk is extremely nice and helpful. :)

I needed a place to stay overnight during a visit to the National Air and Space Museum at Chantilly, VA. Chose this hotel based on reviews. My family was with me and we were not disappointed at all. I have stayed in more expensive national hotel chains where franchisees compromised on the quality of beds to cut corners. Not here. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and we could make use of the exercise room. Being winter we did not pack swim wear. Otherwise we could have used the pool as well. Sandra made sure we got a nice breakfast before we set out for a busy day. Overall it was really good value for the price paid.
