I have stayed twice in one year at this place, booking with Hotwire. My friend booked through the hotel website and paid $20 more. I wouldn't rave about the place but it is an affordable alternative to other chains in the area. The breakfast had hot items like eggs, sausage, and potatoes, and oatmeal. The quality of the food was average. The eating area gets very crowded within an hour of closing time (10 am). I recommend staying on higher floors since the hotel hosts weddings and other functions on the lobby floor. There is floor 1 which is below the lobby and I would not recommend. The check-in was slow, even when I was the only one checking in. The elevator can take a little time, so I took the stairs from the 4th floor. The room is spacious (I have stayed in a room with king bed and a room with two doubles) and a bathroom that is on the small side. I do like having a refrigerator and microwave in the room, so this is one of those perks in staying here over similarly priced hotels. The air conditioning/heating unit is loud but does provide white noise for sleeping and minimizes hearing the sounds from outside or the hallway (or your neighbors).

In terms of the staff, no one stands out for friendliness or smiles. It seems like people working there were just doing their jobs and didn't want to be bothered.

It is a "weird" right turn (very sharp) and may miss from Sudley Road and offers easy access to 66 westbound.

Made a late night stop over. Was very surprised with the room decor. I was sleeping like a baby until 6:30am, young children screaming and running down the hallway. And then again at 7am could hear them again slamming door to there room several times. Finally had some peace and quit until 8am then housekeeping was so loud knocking on doors every 5 mins. Tried my free breakfast, I know why it was free because it was terrible. Had nowhere to sit due to the overwhelming unclean tables. The potatoes were like chewing on rocks. And all that was left to eat was some sausage links and cereal. I was not impressed!

Is the Question.Name me a hotel thats restuarant and bar is shut longer than its open. This hotel made you feel that you wasn't wanted. The cover up about the gun scenario, the get your own taxi. Many staff just wasn't interested. There were a just a few that tried to be helpful. The rooms were large enough and clean. This hotel (motel) could have pertential with a lot of changes, but with many other hotels nearby at about the same price i wont be going back

Just come back from this hotel and to say it is part of the Sheraton chain is well... laughable.
The breakfasts were Ok, from the start of the week. Patty was more than helpful in the resturant, but her younger colleagues were disgraceful. Breakfast was cold or the tables were a mess. - While they sat and looked at their iphones on a sofa situated in the top corner. The desk staff basically couldn't be bothered. - Asking them to book me 3 taxis resulted in me being throw an card over the desk with a number on... thanks. My 'same day' laundry never arrived until I chased it. - I think the 2 'final straws' were the gunman trying to kill his girlfriend, leaving 16 brits scared in their room (which no one came and told us it was all clear) and the fact that the bar spent more time shut than open, even when the manager promised to open it. - Don't stay here. it may be $100 dollars, but you can't polish a turd... NEVER COMING BACK!
