Fresh, modern, professional, but you feel a family behind it that really want to serve a good meal and give you a good time.
The choice can depend on availability of fresh fish at the market. First the swordfish carpaccio. Basic, subtle and better than ever. We had hake ('Heek' in dutch) as main course and was delicious. Served with sautee potatoes and a salad with courgette (which I normally hate). The side dish with clams and mussels was subtle with a hint of pernod.
The price was lower than expected.
Oh, and look at picture of sunken Jesus..
