“Brilliant Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2012

We had two brilliant meals in this restaurant, the only problem being that we ordered too much, but it was so lovely. Try the Gorganzola and Walnut Gnocci, the baked ravioli. As a suggestion either order a starter or a main course because the portions are massive, we order baked macaroni and the baked rice for starters and I could have added a bit of salad and fed all three of my family.......

Nice friendly service, and was open before 7pm which was great for us as we had an evening flight.

“A great find in a very touristy town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2012

We fell on this place by chance, but ended up eating there on four out of six available nights. The restaurant has a really good selection of dishes, from traditional Maltese to good old burger and chips. I ate the T Bone steak, the rib eye steak, the fish platter and a pasta dish. All were excellent. And the service was really good. Very friendly and helpful waiters who were always on hand when needed. We would go back again any time. I witnessed one incident when some French diners, who had enjoyed their meal, asked what a certain thing was. The manager came out and told them that it was a caper. They said they would try to find them when they got home. Five minutes later, the manager came out and gave them a jar of capers to take home with them, even wrapping it up so that it didn't leak in their suitcase. A nice touch.

“Relaxing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 18, 2012

We had a late lunch here on arrival in Qawra.
Salads were excellent, omelette good, portions generous, and the light airy conservatory was a great place to relax. We returned for an evening meal at the end of our week in Malta, and the Maltese Menu was of the same high standard as the lunches.
