“Great Food and Service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013

We saw a review from tripadvisor, saw that some people were very pleased by this restaurant. So we went and had a dinner for our first night in Malta. I must say, the review we read was true.
We had a great dinner, and the service was pleasant. The next following days, we went to eat at the restaurant.
I would recomment anyone to go there and eat and enjoy Malta :)

“Best restuarant in Bugibba/Malta”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 7, 2013 via mobile

Clearly a cut above the rest, we had Steak (with blue cheese sauce) and the Lamb which just fell off the bone.

Michael and his staff are excellent.

Prices are very reasonable and there is something for everyone. If you are visiting the area, then this place is a must.

“Special meal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 6, 2013

Loved this place, was a little more expensive but was our best meal out whilst staying in Malta. I had the local dishes and they were very very tasty. The fish was fresh and the meat tender. The local wine was lovely and easily compared to some of the better wines I have tried elsewhere in europe. Thanks for making this a special night and a memorable one. If you can eat outside, a wonderful atmosphere.

“Maltese specialities”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2013

Incognito Restaurant was very good. We decided to dine there one evening and found that almost all of the tables were located outside on the pavement which was nice if a little strange as the area was used by non diners to pass through although it was little used and the view of the car park was not exactly very scenic.
Having said that the air outside was lovely so the surroundings did not detract from the meal. My wife's first choice was swordfish but that was not available because all the fish is freshly caught and so she was shown the available fresh fish. She chose Sea Bass which was filleted for her and grilled to perfection and I went for a Maltese speciality of stewed Octopus, That was all lovely and it followed a shared starter of Mussels in tomato & caper sauce. Washed down with a bottle of Pinot Grigio it was, all in all a delightful dinner.
