We just returned from 4 days at Villa Zuccari. It was wonderful. The hotel is staffed by a small group of regular staff (and the hotel dog) who are friendly. The villa itself, grounds, our room were all fabulous. The weather was just warm enough during the daytime to take a break and sit on the veranda reading and drinking Montefalco wine. We ate at the restaurant every night because it was convenient. The choices remain the same each night but there is plenty of variety so you are not having the same food over and over. The breakfast room was lovely just off the veranda. I'm sure its lovely in the summertime to sit out in the morning. The hotel is not in Montefalco itself but the tiny village of San Luca. The views around the area are lovely, look across in one direction and see Trevi and in the other Montefalco. Thank you everyone at Zuccari for a wonderful vacation. The O'Keefes
