“Epitome of 'Less is More'”

classy place for a ladies' lunch or a romantic evening date spot. This is one of my Top 5 restaurants in the Richmond area. You'll never be disappointed.

“Small weekend menu, excellent food!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2011

This little restaurant is rather tucked away from the main street but not too far away. We went on a Saturday for lunch and at first were a little disappointed with the smaller menu selection but were told on the weekend they have a "brunch" type menu and not their full sandwich menu. We each ordered something different and loved our food. The soup- butternut squash- was one of the best I have had. The burger I had was on a fresh baked roll with Spanish cheese and was great. Service was friendly too and the prices were very appropriate- about $10 for my burger and potato rusti, and about $5 for a cup of great soup. Would eat here again!

Also- atmosphere was great! Very roomy and lots of light. Cute restaurant!

“Refined atmosphere, very good food, moderate prices”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2011

The actual space is architecturally inviting with varying elevations of dining areas. The food is modern American and usually very good. The menu changes each season. The service is friendly and attentive. Always a safe bet.

“Don't Skip Dessert”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2011

This is a favorite restaurant of my wife and myself. The staff is fantastic and there is not a bad dish on the menu. My only "complaint" would be I wish they were open more often for dinner. If you do go for lunch (or any time) do yourself a favor and order the Lemon Butter Cake. That is simply the best dessert you can have in Richmond Virginia.

“Excellent Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2011

Went there for a rehearsal dinner. The food was excellent and so was the service. The crab cakes are to die for! And the rest of the food is great, too.
