My daughter and son-in-law took me there for Mothers Day. I first tasted the food in 2011 at the Richmond Jazz Festival and knew I had to go to the restaurant. The restaurant was packed and it was a long wait. When we were finally seated
our server was visibly tired and service was pretty lackluster. I had the fish and it was just as good as I remembered. The corn bread was fantastic. It tasted almost like cake. The greens were a little salty for my taste but I'm regularly on a low salt diet. Sweet tea was perfect. Meal was a little pricier than I thought it would be but worth the money.
