I went to this restaurant for the first time with Wendy and Mom this weekend and were immediately greeted at the door by a wonderful hostess (grabbing a basket of bread from the serving area) who seated us promptly. The decor is very cool, TV's and other regalia around the venue, with two buckets on the table - one full of peanuts and the other for the shells. While we passed on these, our waitress, Britney, arrived with a bubbly yet reserved demeanor, asked if this was our first visit, and took our drink order. She returned with our beverages and accepted our appetizer order of the Texas Blossom, a wonderfully cut onion dipped in batter and fried. DELICIOUS! Preliminary house salads, complete with crushed egg, were delivered to our table and were delectable. Fresh and wholesome, they set the stage for...entrees that included BBQ chicken breast, small rack of BBQ ribs, sirloin steak, pork chop, and sides. Everything was amazing including an impromptu line dance by the staff. On top of that, the sales manager visited our table upon exit with a Thank You letter including a free appetizer on our next visit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
