“Beef on Swords!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 27, 2013

First off, I want to say, this is an expensive restaurant. However, that being said, it is very nice, but they do require a reservation. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is very good. If you have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse, it works like this: once you're seated, you can go up to the food bar, which has a lot a good, fairly light fare. The food bar has items like cheeses, prosciutto, olives, soups (my wife loves the seafood bisque), among plenty of other options. That's just the beginning. The main course involves various cuts of beef, lamb chops, and I believe some pork. I stuck with the beef. When you are ready for the gauchos to start bringing meat, you simply flip the circular card on your table to the green side and that signals "go." They will keep bring different types of meat (that is skewered on swords) until you are ready for them to stop. Just flip the card back over to the red side. It is all you can eat, so try different things. Some people bring their children, but I would recommend getting a sitter and taking your significant other on very nice date.

Also, when you're there, be sure to fill out the card they give you at the end with your email address. They will send you an email around your birthday for a buy one meal, get the second free coupon. That's when we usually go. If you get the chance, try it out sometime.

“Good service and good food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 26, 2013

Went for my birthday and was really excited but quickly disappointed. They advertised certain meats I believe it's about 12-14 or so different meats to choose from but the night we were there they only came around with 5-6 different meats with 3 being chicken. Salad bar was really nice with good soups too. A great place for a romantic date.

“L O V E it!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 7, 2013

Yes it is pricier than other chain restaurants, but it is much, much nicer. The decor is beautiful, the staff is attentive, and the food outstanding. This is an experience!

“Great Place To Eat”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2013

No one will go away hungry from this place. The meat selections are varied and cut from skewers at he table. It is difficult to eat as fast at the servers show up at the table.

“If you're a carnivore, you'll like Texas de Brazil”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2013

This is one concept restaurant where the concept is feeding people. We went to Texas de Brazil for my birthday, and were met with efficient service that still managed to be friendly. The concept of this restaurant is Brazilian meat. The price of the meal includes everything except drinks and dessert. "Gauchos" wander around the restaurant with huge skewers of freshly cooked meats. Each patron has a card that they turn to green when they want to be offered a fresh cut. There are cuts of deliciously seasoned beef and lamb, as well as chicken. The "salad bar" is more like a serve yourself antipasti tray, with incredibly fresh cheeses, meats like prosciutto and salami, olives, peppers, and a variety of vegetables. I was wisely warned not to fill up at the salad bar. The servers are quite good at providing whatever size portion you want, and however you like it done. The wine list has good variety, but is not overwhelming. Though choosing a wine to compliment the variety of foods you will be eating is a fun challenge. The dessert tray has a nice variety of selections from chocolate to fruit to caramel flavors. I had creme brulee and the port wine flight. I will be going back to try the single malt flight, oh and for the food too. The price may seem high to some, but for all of the steak and lamb we had, along with delicious sauces and sides, it was actually a good value.
