First off, I want to say, this is an expensive restaurant. However, that being said, it is very nice, but they do require a reservation. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is very good. If you have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse, it works like this: once you're seated, you can go up to the food bar, which has a lot a good, fairly light fare. The food bar has items like cheeses, prosciutto, olives, soups (my wife loves the seafood bisque), among plenty of other options. That's just the beginning. The main course involves various cuts of beef, lamb chops, and I believe some pork. I stuck with the beef. When you are ready for the gauchos to start bringing meat, you simply flip the circular card on your table to the green side and that signals "go." They will keep bring different types of meat (that is skewered on swords) until you are ready for them to stop. Just flip the card back over to the red side. It is all you can eat, so try different things. Some people bring their children, but I would recommend getting a sitter and taking your significant other on very nice date.
Also, when you're there, be sure to fill out the card they give you at the end with your email address. They will send you an email around your birthday for a buy one meal, get the second free coupon. That's when we usually go. If you get the chance, try it out sometime.
