“Bed bug castle”

This hotel was disgusting, fortunately we had only checked in for one night, however within one hour of checking in, we toyed with the idea of checking out. The hotel is old and dilapidated. The room we stayed in had peeling wallpaper and wasn’t very clean. Probably the worst aspect of the room is that we received numerous bed bug bites and then noticed that these new little friends accompanied us to our next hotel. We have been home from our vacation for two days and still fear taking our luggage from the trunk as we do not want to have a bed bug infestation in our home. YUCK!!!!!!

We cannot change what happened, but we hope to regain your confidence, so that we may demonstrate to you the personalized service that Wyndham provides. I was disappointed to see the comments regarding your stay at the Wyndham. I can assure you this is not the norm, as we take pride in the operation we run.
