This was without a doubt the filthiest motel I have ever stayed in. Our reservation was made a few hours in advance of arrival by a travel club & was prepaid for a non smoking room upon arrival I was told they did have a non smoking room but then they got a call for a block of rooms so they gave my room away. They were now giving us a smoking room with no phone. As far as the ammenities listed for this motel there was no non smoking room, no internet access, no refrgerator, no iron/ironing board, no complimentary newspaper.This room was so filthy it made me sick to my stomach I had to fight off throwing up because there was no way I was sticking my head in that toilet. the bathroom floor looked like someone had already been sick in there & was never wiped up. The entire corner of the bedspread had something red all over it that looked like blood or ketchup. I wouldn't have gotten in that tub if you gave me a million dollars. When checking out I said to the guy behind the desk this is the filthiest quality inn I have ever been in & he responded "I know" He said it was only his 4th day & he can't believe how dirty this place is. When a motel is under a chain umbrella they should be help to some standard , franchise or not. Places like this ruin it for all places with the Qality Inn name.
