“Great place to take the family; beautify grounds and displays”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2013

Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden is a great place to not only see so many different plants, but also to learn about plants, see them in their full glory, and enjoy a relaxing and beautiful setting. You can take gardening classes, just look around, or to have a special occassion, like a wedding or a family gathering. They offer many different things throughout the gardens and main facility. There are classes, special exhibits like the Butterfly exhibit, the light show during Christmas, etc. It is also a great place to take pictures, whether an amateur or professional.

“I Love this Place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

Lewis Ginter is such a beautiful to go for a walk or to enjoy the beauty as the seasons change. Their orchid garden is gorgeous! The butterfly display was great!!!! Tons of photo ops for those learning to use their camera or looking for a great are to "play". The gift shop has some good gift ideas.

“Delightful Gardens”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

I love exploring Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens. No matter the season they have something of interest going on. The Butterfly exhibit they hosted was beyond amazing. No matter the age, there is something here for everyone. And the food in the restaurant area is delicious as well. Their light show at Christmas is a true treat for the entire family. Keep up the great work!

“Pure eye candy”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2013

I love their special attractions in the spring. The exhibitions are wonderful. The sale events feature plants you can't find just anyplace and they're usually very good prices for top quality seedlings and plants.

“Even in January, a Treat!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 25, 2013

We visited the gardens on January 21, 2013, and even though it was cold and most of the outdoor gardens weren't in bloom, the conservatory was such a treat. We are planning to go back in April so we can see the outdoor gardens in their splendor but had a fantastic time looking at/shooting the orchids, etc. Gorgeous place, truly.
