“Practical for business”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2014

I think that average sums up what I feel following my stay:
- nice staff
- good size room with expected features but nothing on top (I hate when TV remote does not support sleep timer)
- decor & furnishing quite old and in need for an urgent facelift
- slow lift
- strict minimum gym
- breakfast is ok but a bit low on choice making it boring after three days. To be noted that you can bake your own waffles making them fresh. However if the hotel is a bit more crowded, it could become trickier.

On the positive side, it is sitting next to a large pond, ideal for walk or jog in the morning and adjacent to a mall for shopping

This hotel was great. Shuttle service to 'T" and Harvard Square was very helpful. Shops close to hotel were convenient. Hotel breakfast was good; lots of options were available. Room was comfortable, staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nicely run hotel with great service. 70's decor and furnishings need a facelift, but management's attentiveness balances out this deficit. Location is in an outdoor shopping mall, which is both unlovely and very convenient. There is an adequate bar/restaurant attached where we ate breakfast and dinner on a previous visit in the fall.

Stayed two nights and can't recommend highly enough. Friendly staff went way beyond to help make us comfortable and the room was clean, well decorated and with a superbly comfortable bed. Amazingly although situated very close to the Fresh Pond rotary with heavy traffic our hotel room which overlooked the road was silent, no traffic noise at all.Great stay!

Nice, friendly hotel that's not far from Harvard. Rooms where clean, staff very friendly, very nice breakfast area with good food. Shuttle service from the hotel so you can leave your car there and not have to pay for parking. The only thing we didn't like was that you could hear your neighbors talking @ night and ours where very loud. When we check in they up graded our room when we use our Best Western rewards card, also where given free bottle water and chocolates. Over all we liked the hotel and would stay there again. Also there a Starbucks in the same building and a Dunkin' Donuts across the street, and small stores behind the hotel.

Room Tip: Use a Best Western rewards card

The staff is always friendly and helpful. When I return, it's like returning to a warm cozy place. And that says a lot about a place when the staff is the same. That's a really good thing when your staff is happy withe their working environment. The shuttle driver is friendly and always on time.
