WE had a family dinner here and the staff was great. The selection reasonable and the food average.
This is largely a bar in Central Square and an interesting place with a diverse crowd of people.
There are better places in the area.

“Decent middle eastern cuisine for cheap”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

Not the greatest of ambience, but the food is decent. Try the falafel sandwich and the brunch menu. Staff is friendly, we got one of our drinks on the house because the waiter had forgotten to take it down as part of the order.

“be careful of the stale food!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

Being big fans of falafel,we drove all the way to cambridge for 1 hr to try this restaurant at massachusetts avenue.
Many things i did not like -
1. stale cold falafel sandwiches reaking of meat smell!! we are vegetarian, so this was really putting off.Got horrible food poisoning and acidity after that.
2. their plates were chipped, badly and very visibly. comeon guys!! this is a restaurant!!
3. the staff were carrying filled smelly garbage bags, not once but three times through the main dining while we were there at lunchtime.
4. the napkins had lint and dust over them, which freaked me out and i kept alert for bed bugs on the furniture. thank god, nothing crawled over me although the place is so run down.
5. our waiter conveniently added 1$ for hot sauce. had we known we would not ask for it.
I definitely am not going back here ever again!
the only attractive thing about this restaurant are the dirt cheap prices(lucrative student area)

“good”

Nice tasting homemade veggie burgers! My son liked his cheeseburger as well. Staff was friendly enough and nice artwork on the walls. Looked like local police enjoy having lunch there as well.

“Great atmosphere and good EATS!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2012

My cousins and I had originally decided to eat here before a concert but after reading so many bad reviews we had decided otherwise. However time got away from us and it worked out to be the most convient option

The servic was good, couscous with chickpeas was great and beer was good and a good price! Pita bread presentation was lacking(from grocery store I believe) but other all I would eat there again.
Plus street patio was really nice
