“Brazil!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2012

What a charming Brazilian restaurant. Fantastic fish stews (moquecas), Brazilian side dishes and sauces in a bright fun atmosphere. Charming and efficient service. Not bad, and pretty inexpensive wines and pretty good caipirinhas. Great for couples, singles (you can eat at the bar if you want, lots of families with young kids, Just a delightful evening in Espiriito Santo, Brazil.

“Really, Really Great Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2012

Family went here for dinner one night while staying at a nearby hotel in Cambridge. Wanted something a little different than typical American fare. Was intrigued by TripAdvisor reviews about this place, and the reviews were dead on!! This place is great, food was fantastic, and we found it to be family friendly. Kids really loved the Juice Bar which had some tasty, fruit smoothie-type drinks and they ordered from a kids menu with some decent selections (had grilled steak tips and grilled chicken along with obligatory chicken fingers that my younger one always gravitates to). The sauteed shrimp in lemon, garlic and cilantro were absolutely delicious - would highly recommend these. The kids scarfed these up even with some green stuff on them!! Adults had the shrimp bobo and shrimp/mussel muqueca which were SOOOO good!! I did not want this meal to end. This really is a unique dining experience and would highly recommend when looking for something different. Also, best part is that the cost was pretty reasonable. Most entrees were under 20-25$, entire bill including gratuity <100 bucks for family of 4.

“Wow!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2012 via mobile

Awesome food in a great neighborhood! My whole family enjoyed this restaurant. The food is reasonably priced and the seafoods casserole is to die for! My family of six really enjoyed the whole meal. Most of us had seafood dishes but two orded beef dishes and were very happy. The service was great too.

“A gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2012

Recommended to us by friends who live just a few blocks away, and they were right -- it's terrific. We shared a variety of things, including calamari (passion fruit sauce is great), fried yucca, several different seafood moqueca dishes, and flan and tapioca/coconut for dessert. All were great; both creative and really well done. And the caipirinhas went down nice and easy. Very relaxed, comfortable dining -- nothing pretentious or fussy, just really, really good and authentic food. If you're a Boston tourist, I'd recommend this over most anything in the North End any day of the week -- but if you don't have a car, do take a cab as there's no convenient way to get near there on the T (and the address is 1008 Cambridge St., not 1093).
