My fiance and I love authentic Mexican food as we both are from Atlanta. Ever since we moved to Boston, we have been searching for Authentic Mexican food similar to San Diego or Atlanta. More of tex mex style. We were told Ole was just that. But it was bad experience for us. As soon as we walked in around 7pm, we were given attitude by the hostess since we didn't have reservation and the restaurant was like literally empty. She seated us right next to the door even after we requested to be away from the door and she just gave us big attitude for even requesting. Oh so famous gauc is not "Award winning" I have had better guac at other restaurants and that too for $12??? That's crazy! Plus our drinks, guac, and meals came at the same time! Tapas are super tiny and literally can finish them in two bites. Food was NOT even close to authentic mexican food. Even those chain mexican restaurants "Margaritas" have better mexican food (and thats not even that great). Total rip off. everything is priced so high. We will never go back. Horrible food, bad service, and horrible hostess.
