“A great mix of people”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

Harvard yard is a great way to go from one side of Cambridge from the common to Kirkland Street. You always see lots of students, parents, visitors and folks that want to feel the Harvard spirit. Don't forget to rug John Harvard's toe for good luck.

“Great tour of Harvard Univ from Harvard SQ”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

I was in Boston last week end and saw the volunteers from the Student organization talking about the tour. I love old architecture so I signed up for it. It was fun, funny, well researched and it was special since the students are your guide. You get the insiders view. The tour takes you to the famous yard, walks around the yard and brings you near the book store where you can get souvenir or pay the fees of ten dollars. Its pretty good for the price. Your guide will tell you all the history and fun facts about the campus. Its for an hour and I would recommend it for wanna be Bostonians or Harvardians!

“Feeling history”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 5, 2013

I recently moved back to the Boston area and this time on the far banks of the Charles in Cambridge in Huron Village and walking around my new neighborhood took me to Harvard Yard. The Yard has that mystic and sense of privilege few Americas will ever partake. Especially in this time of shifting morality and values, walking through Harvard embudes one with an understanding of the virtues of intellectual endeavor.

“Beautiful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

We were in the area and knew we had to stop at Harvard (just to say we were there)! It was pretty easy parking but we did go right away in the morning. We walked around Harvard yard which is pretty impressive to see. We did not go into any buildings but we did take some photos and walked around. I'd recommend a stop if you're in the area and have some time. Helpful tip - view the map of campus on your cellphone to help with driving in the area and walking around. It helped a lot!

“Historic home for undergraduate freshmen”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 27, 2013

The Yard is actually home-away-from-home for most of Harvard's freshmen class. Relax under the shady trees or join a free walking tour (go to info center in the Holoyoke center) to really learn about the history, people, landmarks.
