“A good museum!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 22, 2011

Not the outstanding natural history museum of the world, but worth several hours to visit, definately! I visited when they were to have a special "but" exhibit, but it turns out insects got into the bug exhibit and they had to pull it :-)

“Unsurprisingly a wonderful museum”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2011

This museum has an excellent selection of exhibits. The glass flowers are particularly amazing, it is hard to believe they are made of glass, and are almost a hundred years old.

The museum is also connected to the Peabody Museum of Archaeology, and both are included in the same admission, so if you are visiting allow enough time to see both.

“Fantistic, a must GO in Harvard Square”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 23, 2011

A small but fantastic museum. Story telling time for children provides not only the story but the introduction of the animals. Do not miss it while you visit Harvard Square.

“Lots to discover”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 21, 2011

There are lots of hidden rooms in this museum. The glass flowers are especially worth seeing, and the rotating exhibits tend to be good. Families with young kids will love the prehistoric skeletons and the taxidermy. Make sure to go across to the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology, too.
