“Perfect for a stopover”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013 via mobile

This hotel is strategically placed close to the highway outside city centre! Close to IKEA. Was perfect for us for a stopover on our way to france! Big spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Ok breakfast! Superb with a small heated pool, sauna and gym downstairs. Which is a spa during daytime! Will be back next summer!!!

my partners office is right around the corner so I have stayed at this place several times in the last year, it is clean and friendly staff with a good breakfast, nothing to do out side of the hotel at night so you would probably never stay in this hotel if you did not need to be in the region but if you do this is the place to stay

We stayed here in September '13; the most expensive hotel per night in our whole month in Europe, and we were continually disappointed. The person on the front desk was unable to answer our simple questions, the 'gym', if you can call two outdated cardio machines and an 'all-in-one' weights machine that, was open to everyone walking past downstairs (mainly service people from the small time I spent there), the pool was undergoing maintenance and thus only 23 degrees - okay, fair enough, but the advertised 'hot tub' is a seat in the pool with jets.. And funnily enough, not very hot when the pool is 23 degrees. The a/c in our room didn't work, the wi-fi was sketchy in our room, our tv lost signal at random intervals, and then, on going out for the day, left the 'do not disturb' sign on due to valuables in the room .. And came back to find our room open with someone cleaning! Also- don't bother with the extra for undercover carparking - you cant exit from the carpark to the hotel anyway so you still have to walk in the rain! Overall, not impressed with this hotel, particularly for the cost.

Hotel was ok but far from city center. Still, most likely one the the most reasonable for the area and therefore was convenient for me. Ikea etc almost next door so don't choose this if going on a holiday!

Breakfast was great, internet was good and free. Only complaint is that the windows towards to the highway don't seem to have any isolation - you can even hear people talking on the street but the trucks passing are almost like in your room!

So, nice hotel for the area but bring earplugs to be able to sleep!

Room Tip: Might be wise to ask a room away from the road.

If you are in Milan as a tourist this is not the hotel you want to be in.

This one from the Best Western group is located in the Trezzano area closer to factories, warehouse and big stores like IKEA. There's nothing else around. The city centre is far and not a very easy access.

So if you are working in the area and okay with the location, this is the best option.

As said earlier this one from the Best Western group maintains the standard and PERFECT for a buisness traveller.

Early check in possible if requested well in advance and depending on the room availability. The check in process is fast and the staffs are professional and friendly.

The entire hotel has free WIFI, has a pool and spa.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. House Keeping functions well. The hotel has one separate floor for guests who wants smoking room. Breakfast service is decent and the best is you get a packed breakfast if you are checking out before 7am. I though this happens only in India.

The hotel also has a dining option at the lobby level.

Lovely spotlessly clean hotel, small pool and spa but its not a spa hotel but a hotel with a spa so you can't complain. All staff really friendly apart from the miserable lady at breakfast. Room nice and warm, showers amazing. There is no free shuttle bus but it costs €8.25 for a two day travelcard to use in trams, metro and buses. A bus takes you to bisceglie on the red line. Takes 15 minutes and they copied the timetable for us, buses every 5 minutes and the stop is outside the hotel going either way. Lots if outlets and shops nearby stop complaining people, you do not need to pay more to be in the centre if town when you can easily get in. Breakfast is amazing free egg nog shots and prosseco nice way to start the day. Try the blood orange juice, pear and chic brioche, bread rolls, sliced mild cheese. Salami. Ham , pineapple and salmon Philadelphia delicious. Had a great nights sleep, guy on the desk in the day really helpful one at night was miserable :( can't win them all! Would definitely go back do not know what people are complaining about really?? Any questions just ask ;) xx

PRO: Friendly staff at reception, nice looking hotel, free Internet and parking.
CONS:Internet was not working well, and it is important for my job.
Breakfast was good in quantity of choices, but some things must be improved (juices not very good, and fresh pineapple uneatable, not ready yet).
